co33 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

co33 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions apply to all services, offers and activities on the co33 platform. By accessing the platform you are fully accepting this agreement.

1.2 Scope of Services

co33 provides the following services:

1.3 Language and Communication

All official communications from co33 may be in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of the terms, the Bengali version shall prevail. On any matter, the decision of co33 shall be considered final.

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy

If the same device, IP address or payment method is linked to multiple accounts, co33 reserves the right to conduct an investigation and may close the accounts concerned if necessary.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

co33 may at any time request documents for identity verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If the required documents are not provided in time, account activity may be temporarily suspended. KYC verification may generally require a copy of a national ID card or passport, a recent photograph and proof of address.

3.1 Age Limit

To open an account on the co33 platform and to participate in any game or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in the account being closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Age Verification Method

co33 may at any time request any one of the following documents as proof of age:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (government approved)
• Driving Licence

Documents submitted must be valid, clear and legible. co33 reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals during the verification process.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds at co33:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)

• Deposits must be made from the user's own account
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted
• Once a deposit is completed it is generally credited to the account instantly

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply when withdrawing funds from co33:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal timeframe: processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals may only be made via verified methods
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method

4.3 Transaction Verification

co33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction. If a suspicious transaction or unusual activity is detected, co33 may suspend the relevant withdrawal until the investigation is complete. In compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy, co33 reserves the right to report information to the relevant authorities where applicable.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at co33 will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus a 20x wagering requirement must be met. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳2,200 × 20 = ৳44,000 in bets must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — see the specific terms stated on the relevant page
• While a bonus is active, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they may only be used to play games
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time
• co33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The co33 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's regular activity and loyalty. Cashback rates and amounts may change at co33's discretion.

6.1 Game Operation Rules

All games on co33 are operated on the basis of secure software and fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly tested by a third party. If a technical error occurs in any game, co33 reserves the right to void that game round.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or betting market and are displayed in the game interface. When playing with bonus funds, separate bet limits may apply in accordance with the specific terms of the bonus. If a bet beyond the set limits is accepted due to a system error, co33 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved on the server. Upon reconnecting, the game can be continued from that point. co33 is not obliged to provide any compensation for network issues on the user's end.

7.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on co33 and may result in the account being closed immediately:

• Any form of fraud, deception or bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Playing games with the assistance of bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime
• Depositing with third-party funds or transferring winnings to third parties
• Pretending to be a representative of co33 or using a false identity
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses or carry out cyber attacks on the platform
• Accessing from a prohibited country or region using a VPN or proxy

8.1 Account Closure by co33

co33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Evidence of a breach of terms and conditions
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• At the user's request (self-exclusion)

8.2 Account Closure Request by the User

Users can request to close their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses and wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled. The self-exclusion option can be used for a safe and responsible gaming break.
